Bulumko's journey began in the village, inspired by his late parents, Jongikhaya and Nomonde Mgidi, whose resilience in farming and small trading laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial spirit. His early experiences selling goods instilled a deep understanding of hard work and community value.

After facing employment challenges and the closure of his mobile car wash during COVID-19, Bulumko turned adversity into opportunity. Supporting local clothing brands ignited his passion, leading him to fashion design training and the birth of BISILL Sportswear.
